WSAVA and the Singapore Veterinary Association, SVA, are excited to bring a unique outreach opportunity to delegates of the upcoming WSAVA 2018 Singapore Congress.
While veterinary techniques, technology, therapeutics and knowledge are continuously advancing worldwide, veterinarians in different countries worldwide are not always privileged with equal access to these advancements.
During this Congress, we aim to bridge this gap by seeking your kind generosity to donate veterinary items that will be useful to our veterinary colleagues in our regional Asian countries. These items may be used and in good condition, or new.
Items that we are looking for include:
- Stethoscopes
- Digital thermometers
- Otoscopes/ Ophthalmoscopes
- Laryngoscopes
- Electric fur clippers
- Nail clippers
- Urine dipsticks
- Bandage scissors
- General surgery hand instruments (e.g. scissors, forceps, towel clamps, needle holders, trays)
- Surgical drapes
- Veterinary textbooks (in English)

Other items are welcome too.
Items will be collected at the WSAVA booth at the congress. Delegates are encouraged to spread the word to your local colleagues also to gather items for donation.
